My Approach

My approach as a practitioner is to provide whole body evidence-based care, which is individual to my clients. 

 

I am passionate about creating a balanced lifestyle, which is sustainable and convenient for my clients to achieve their best physical and mental health.

Working with clients collaboratively to enables them to create meaningful change(s) in their lives, which will make a difference to their own wellbeing. This entails looking at a person's life as a whole including their nutritional intake, lifestyle, work/life balance, environmental factors and family history.
