Prior to your first consultation you will receive a pre-screening initial consult form through your email. This form gives me a snapshot of your current health state as well as your previous health and family history. Providing this information before your consultation enables me to delve into your presenting symptoms/conditions further when we are face-to-face.

Your initial consultation will be one hour, with 45-50 minutes of discussion about your pre-screening form answers and presenting symptoms/conditions. The following 10-15 minutes will be spent discussing your management plan and prescription, organising supplements and/or herbal remedies (if required), as well as booking your review appointment.

I have a preference for treating with nutritional advice and lifestyle, however your consult could involve nutritional advice/supplementation, western herbal medicine and/or lifestyle advice. Referrals to other health practitioners, services or doctors may also be suggested and provided.

Please bring any and all relevant information, referral letters, testing and supplements or medications you are taking to your appointment.
